White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest, in responding to a question about a letter that was sent to the IRS by Bernie Sanders, a letter that says how much can you do by regulation to close corporate loopholes and charge more tax. Josh was asked about this today at the press briefing: “Is the president interested in the idea of raising taxes through unilateral executive action.” His response was the president is very interested, “The president certainly has not indicated any reticence in using his executive authority to try and advance an agenda that benefits middle-class Americans. I don’t want to leave you with the impression that there will be some imminent announcement. There is none. at least that I know of, but the president has asked his team to examine the array of executive authorities that are available to him to try to make progress on his goals, so I’m not in a position to talk in a detail at this point, but the president is very interested in this avenue generally.”

Obama is going to try to raise taxes without congressional authority. I thought he studied Constitutional Law- oh, I forgot it was at Harvard- they have always had a weird way of interpreting the Constitution.

This is about as close to a dictatorship as he can get. Obama is going to go as far toward dictatorship as he can before somebody says stop or we will impeach you. I think that is pretty much where we are and every day in every way they are making it very clear they intend to do exactly what they want to.  Ineptocracy: It says a system of government where the least capable to lead our elected by the least capable of producing and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
