Weaker in Review

Sometimes I need a break, I get so deep into my studies (micro-biology and genomics) that I just need to step back.  I do so and have fun by posting on some other threads, generally by non-believers. It is always entertaining and never fails to fulfill the stereotypical image of an Atheist who spouts platitudes to the point of banality.  They just cannot be specific about any of their beliefs.  The pages for the post are below.  I will be traveling to Dallas again this week but should be back by Thursday and hope to post Objective Truth part VI and VII and another article “Genomic DNA is NOT like Computer Programming” by Saturday night.

Describing ilLiberals by the D’s:  I am skipping this section this time to editorialize here.

Alright, Hilarious Rodham Clinton, Al Sharpless, Loretta Lynch’em, Hairless Reid, Barrack Hussein OBAMA (Oh Boy, Alinskite Modifying America), tell me, just tell me, how any new gun law will be enforced better than the thousands that have already been passed and still have not kept those weapons of death out of the hands of the criminals who could care less what the law(s) say they should or should not do.

Concentrate your attention on the black shooting black crime that is rampant in the cities controlled by the ilLiberal cadre of lackeys that talk a lot about the problems but do nothing to solve them.

Put individuals in jail because of the crimes they have committed and do not release them because they had a “rough life.”  Create a 1940’s WPA system where unemployed are given jobs in work camps to build items that are used by construction workers to rebuild our highway, bridges, electric grid.  The individuals cannot do the technical jobs, but could be placed in training programs to learn.  These unemployed can be the ones with the shovels scrapping up the dirt left behind by the road grader, instead of the more skilled construction worker at twice the salary.  It can be done.

When you actually state that you will try these things, then maybe I will think about giving you my vote, but s long as you keep talking about problems and fanciful impractical solutions forget it.

In the constitution, it isn’t until Section 8  Point 18 that anything is mentioned about Congress passing laws- until that point, the constitution talks about how the Congress should govern itself and the country.  “To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.”  In ancient Greece, they were not allowed to pass more than 200 laws per year, so the esteemed Senators had to wrangle and discuss what was best for the ENTIRE country, not just a particular segment of it.  Why don’t you try that.

In an example of a failed attempt to tally up the number of laws on a specific subject area, in 1982 the Justice Department tried to determine the total number of criminal laws. In a project that lasted two years, the Department compiled a list of approximately 3,000 criminal offenses. This effort, headed by Ronald Gainer, a Justice Department official, is considered the most exhaustive attempt to count the number of federal criminal laws. In a Wall Street Journal article about this project, “this effort came as part of a long and ultimately failed campaign to persuade Congress to revise the criminal code, which by the 1980s was scattered among 50 titles and 23,000 pages of federal law.” Or as Mr. Gainer characterized this fruitless project: “[y]ou will have died and [been] resurrected three times,” and still not have an answer to this question.

Rock-It™  Haim.   Absolutely incredible the rhythms, interlocking solos- just incredible how this group of young ladies have become rock standards.  Heavy metal no, but a very wide range of talents.
